Maury Muehleisen – Gingerbreadd CD
$19.95
This Maury Muehleisen – Gingerbreadd CD contains the master recordings of the eleven songs on Maury’s solo album released by Capitol Records in November 1970.
These original songs by Maury were all recorded at The Hit Factory in New York City and were produced by Terry Cashman and Tommy West.
The artwork from the front and back cover of the album – as well as the story of how “Gingerbreadd” came to be, a copy of Maury’s hand-written bio, a publicity photo with his dedication, the lyrics for each of the songs, and the teardrop-shaped “Gingerbreadd” marketing logo – create a trip back in time.

I listen at least once a day. Although I wasn’t yet born when Maury made this music, when I “met” him, I was transfixed. His music transcends time and space and speaks to my soul. I’ve never heard more beautiful guitar work than from Maury’s hands. It’s a tragedy his life ended so soon—can you imagine what other gifts he would’ve given?

Shannon you are so right, you hit it exactly, a 24 year old Genius,

I always loved the guitar work in Jim’s songs and knew that there was a man behind the curtain. Now I know who it was and the sad story of yet another prodigy gone way to early. I was surprised to not be able to find Maury’s music on Itunes. My car doesn’t have a CD player, only plays music from my library on my phone. Is there any way to buy a download of Gingerbreadd? The car is really the only place I get to listen to music in peace. Please let me know. Thanks and Rest In Peace, Maury, you were one of a kind.
